Grand Ridge Event Venue Frequently Asked Questions

How can I see Grand Ridge Manor?
We would be happy to give you a personal tour. Just contact us at 425-270-3233 or email use our online Inquiry From and let us know a day and time that work for you.

What is included in the Wedding Package?
The main floor of the manor including the Master Suite for the bridal party, our elegantly draped 30' x 60' tent with chandeliers, tables and chairs for up to 160, and the manicured grounds for the ceremony or lawn games.

Will there be more than one event?
No, your special day is just for you!!There is plenty of time for your preparations and celebration. The day is yours!

When is the rehearsal?
Your rehearsal will be at a prearranged date and time prior to your wedding.

Is there any overnight lodging available?
Yes, in addition to the Master Suite on the main floor, there are four additional bedrooms upstairs that can be reserved for an additional cost.

How many guests can Grand Ridge accommodate?
We have had groups from 35 guests up to over 400.

What about parking?
We have onsite parking for approximately 100 cars. Additional parking is also available.

How about dancing and music?
Our tent is on a 30' x 120' concrete slab so there is plenty of space for dancing. Amplified music will be turned off at 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays, 10 pm on all other days. Your live music or DJ will find we have plenty of power for their needs.

What is the alcohol policy?
You may supply your own beer and wine. We also allow one signature (hard alcohol) drink during the cocktail hour. A licensed bartender will be arranged through catering. We do not charge a corkage fee. Washington State requires you to get a banquet permit online for $10.

Does the venue fee include the setup and teardown?
Yes, we do all the work so you can enjoy your day.

Sounds great! How do I reserve my date?
At the time of contract signing a $1500 deposit is due that is applied towards the venue fee. The balance is due 60 days prior to your event. An additional $1000 Damage Deposit is held until after the day of event. Assuming there is no damage it is returned in full.
